GlucoBlink Standard
The GlucoBlink Standard is a compact glucose display that lets you see your current CGM readings at a glance, without needing to open your phone every time. The GlucoBlink is based on a 4-inch open-source touchscreen from SenseCAP and comes pre-installed.
Includes a short USB cable, excludes power adapter. A longer cable or power adapter is available separately in the webshop.
The display shows, among other things, the current provided glucose value, trend arrow, change (delta), time since the last reading, and optionally IOB/COB when using Nightscout as a source. Glucose data such as this can be retrieved from sources like Dexcom, Libre, and Nightscout. In addition, the GlucoBlink features adjustable high, low, and no-data ranges, multiple screen layouts, and easy configuration via Wi-Fi and a web interface.
After configuration, the GlucoBlink independently connects via Wi-Fi to the set glucose source via the internet. As a result, the phone to which the CGM is linked does not need to remain near the display.
The GlucoBlink has been tested with Dexcom, LibreLinkup, and Nightscout as a CGM source. See also the setups page.
GlucoBlink was developed as a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) community product and combines existing open-source hardware with independently developed software to display glucose data on a practical external display. GlucoBlink is not an official product of, or endorsed by, any CGM manufacturer and is intended solely as a supplementary information display, not as a replacement for the official CGM system.
Multiple screen layouts and themes are available. Choose a color theme with an appropriate background color for low, normal, and high glucose values, or a dark black-and-white theme suitable for use in the bedroom. Screen brightness is adjustable.
Warranty period: 1 year
